"Keep goin' on about that science of yours, and you'll be the one gettin' shot," Carla Jean quipped, not having any problem with rolling her own eyes. It was, admittedly, something of an unsettling thought, but she'd come prepared for a reason, and she didn't think anything could be much worse than the one time she'd had to draw her gun previously.
