"Well... both," she says, trying not to smile even though it's pretty much impossible. Looking back at it, the whole situation is pretty hilarious, even if no one seemed to think so at the time. She'd ended up having to apologize to about a billion people, which had been super awkward, but at least no one had gotten hurt. And it was a pretty funny story.
