"I grew up in a shitty small town," Kate answered, following toward the shop. "I mean, we weren't that far from Kansas City, but it was still pretty small. I don't know. I liked it and kinda hated it at the same time."
She missed it now, although compared to the island, it was pretty much of a bustling centre of action.
