"Yeah, same here," Kate says, although she hasn't given it much thought one way or the other. For the most part, she's been smart enough to take precautions to make sure she doesn't have kids, but it's always been due to her age rather than an active decision to not have them eventually. She's thinking about it now, though, wondering if that's what Harry wants one day. If he'll want kids and marriage and all those things that Kate's never really considered herself adult enough for.
She still doesn't, but one day someone might expect it of her and that thought is strange.
"I mean, I never really thought about it much," she adds. "I had to take the morning after pill once and my mom freaked out, but like, what? I was fifteen. I was supposed to let that fertilized egg implant itself and become a baby? No way."
