When he's satisfied that there's no immediate domestic disturbance going on, he tucks the zip-ties into his back pocket and steps a bit closer. "I'm Danny Williams," he introduces himself, giving her a small smile. "And no, you can't tear it down. I mean, it's destruction of property," he says off-hand, glancing to her companion and then back to her. "I'm IPD, yeah, but I was off-duty. Just checking in when I heard some raised noises. Do you want to tell me what you took?"
